Do I need to register before using drop-in care?

Yes. We recommend completing registration before using drop-in care so we can collect your child’s information, emergency contacts, and required documents in advance. This helps us provide a faster and safer check-in process.

What should my child bring?

Please bring any essentials your child may need during their stay, such as:

-A change of clothes

-Diapers and wipes (if applicable)

-Bottles/formula (if applicable)

-Any comfort item (optional)

-Snacks/meals if required (depending on your child’s needs)

We may provide additional guidance based on your child’s age and length of stay.

What is your illness policy?

To help protect all children and staff, children who are sick or showing symptoms of illness should remain at home. If a child becomes ill while in our care, we will contact the parent/guardian for pickup. Additional health and illness policy details will be provided during registration.

What is your late pickup policy?

We understand delays can happen. However, late pickup fees may apply if pickup occurs after your scheduled time or after closing hours. Full late pickup policy details and fees will be shared during registration.

Are meals provided?
